As much as I loved summer, I found myself starting to ache for those darker autumnal hues and the opportunity to whack out Rebel or Diva (MAC fiends will relate). So when september finally made an appearance, I got a little too excited about the fact that my staples would soon do a complete 180.

Autumn is officially in full swing, hence the lovely seasonal change in background. However, the weather it drags along with it can reek havoc on our precious lips and lets face it, no one wants to be sporting the chapped lips trend this fall and winter. I'm a huge drugstore make up fan and I think the brands on the high street really have improved to the point that some of their products are of equal or maybe even better standard than those in the high end spectrum. This title has been floating round the blogger's world and youtube for a while and I've been meaning to give it a whirl but i'm just going to put this out there right now.. I'm a massive procrastinator. So it has taken me a while to finally drag my butt up and route through my collection for some gems. I thought it would be quite a task but it took me a mere few minutes to pick them out, so much so, I may have to do another post!

LUSH Review: Lemony Flutter Cuticle Butter

I adore LUSH products and so it seemed like a good idea that it would be the subject for my very first review. 

I purchased Lemony Flutter Cuticle Butter quite a while ago purely on a whim and with no particular purpose in mind other than it seemed like a good product and for quite a while it was just sat on my vanity for display purposes only. 

Only recently during the summer spells, I have been experiencing an increase in dry patches here, there and well... Just about everywhere, especially on my cuticles (As I have naturally very dry skin) so this particular product caught my eye.
